Aeneas³
  • Aeneas³ is a simulator for quantum electron transport in novel nano and mesoscopic devices. This software implements Monte Carlo quantum transport in 3D unstructured meshes in a self-consistent manner. Aeneas³ methods make it the most advanced and reliable simulator for the new generation of semiconductor devices, for every kind of geometry without any limitations.

Archimedes
  • Archimedes is a simulator for electron and hole transport in 2D cartesian devices. This software implements Monte Carlo transport in 2D simple structure devices. This product is released under GPL license.

Quantum Archimedes
  • Quantum Archimedes is a module for Archimedes that has been recently implemented in our laboratories which is able to simulate the Schrödinger-Poisson system in a 2D general geometry device. This module is not released under GPL license, but it is possible to buy the results computed by it.
SouthNovel
  • SouthNovel supplies support and contracted development for Aeneas³ and/or Archimedes to engineering corporations, consultants and academic institutions.
